Virtual Meeting Center (VMC) is modeled after how medical exam rooms allow patient interact with physician. VMC is flexible to configure single or multiple locations, single or multi-receptionists, and multi-exam rooms for each treating practitioner. 3P.NET VMC is a secured telehealth platform add on that allows you to conduct online visits rather than timely travel and expense. It's the simplest and most cost-effective method to conduct your telehealth patient care needs.
3P.NET is architecturally designed by U.S. team and made by NetStairs team of European engineers. Unlike many other sites with claims, VMC is founded on simplicity and security. 3P.NET core engineering founded on NetStairs SNL platform provides key differentiations. Beneath its hood, we have built features that will provide scalable stability. For example if power outage occurs or physician (moderator) attempts to leave (voluntarily or involuntarily) the meeting hall, the 3P.NET platform keeps the meeting intact. We also stripped text messaging, VoIP and video into three channels in order to ensure continuity of the colleagues participation even where last mile ISP may drop signals through data card small bandwidth, Wi-Fi frequency signal drop, and other settings they implement for their managed traffic. It is also firewall friendly. These are just a few hints of VMC difference. In short if you demand to drive “Porsche” then 3P.NET is your choice. When it comes to user interface, the All-In-One requires no download, no 3rd party call to VoIP center, and no desktop sharing. For large audience you may use our HD quality video broadcast, presentation panel, and it’s Asset Manager.

6 Reasons to Block Skype in the Enterprise
Skype is a public voice over IP (VoIP) application that allows its users to call each other from PC to PC for no charge and set up conference calls between multiple users. The phone service requires very small amounts of bandwidth, all data is encrypted and it can get around attempts to block it from firewalls. But there are dangers in this seemingly innocuous communication and collaboration tool.

Colleagues (Audience) is invited much like medical office gathering. They attentively listen to your presentation and broadcast. Physician (Moderator) is the one who controls the virtual medical office. She/he could upload presentation material, broadcast video, make the presentations, answer questions, and even boot out unwanted party. Physician (Moderator) could also set a private passkey for each meeting, thus sharing business intelligence only with select colleagues (attendees) who have been given the access key. Owner is the one user who owns the Virtual Medical Office. An owner may have multiple medical offices with various numbers of connections assigned to different physicians (moderators). You can find detailed User Guides for all 3 types of users on this page.
